At Picton Martial Arts & Fitness we run a variety of classes taught by qualified and experienced instructors.

Okinawa Goju Ryu Karate
Training daily led by Jason Bilodeau, Shihan - Rokudan and Kristie Bilodeau, Sensei - Sandan.
Yamanaka Ha Shindo Ryu Ju Jutsu
Self Defense and tradition Japanese Ju Jutsu training up to 7 times per week led by Jason Bilodeau, Shihan - Yondan and Kristie Bilodeau, Sensei - Nidan.
Franco Behring Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Classes offered Wednesday at noon, daily in the evenings and saturday mornings led by Franco Behring Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Alliance Blue Belt and certified instructor Jason Bilodeau.
Boot Camp / Cardio Kickboxing Classes
Classes offered Tues, Wed, Thursday & Saturday mornings as well as Monday - Friday evenings & Monday and Friday lunch times. Classes led by Internationally certified Instructors and martial arts professionals - Jason Bilodeau & Kristie Bilodeau
Tai Chi & Chi Gung
Classes offered Sunday afternoons by Internationally qualified instructor Michael LeBaron.
CAMP KIAI DAY CAMPS
Throughout the year we offer children's camps of several varieties:
PA DAY CAMPS:
On all scheduled board PA Days we run camps from 8am - 4pm. For $30 / day your child receives:
8 hours of martial arts, games, crafts, indoor and outdoor activities, movies, all supervised by internationally qualified professionals who are certified in a variety of martial arts and physical fitness instruction as wel as First Aid & CPR.
WEEK LONG CAMPS:
During the March Break and over the course of the summer we run week long camps that are from 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday.
In addition to everything we do during our PA Day camps, all week long participants receive a Camp T-Shirt, BBQ lunch on Friday as well as instruction by guest instructors and select field trips.
BIRTHDAY PARTIES:
Inquire for information for 2, 3 & 4 hour Birthday parties that include:
* Martial Arts instruction
* Games, activities
* Cake cutting with ceremonial Samurai Sword
* DVD of pictures
* Gift certificates for all participants
